Quality Control

Ming Chiang obtain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and other international certifications.

Ming Chiang adhere to the business philosophy of "technology, innovation and reliability" and the quality policy of pursuing "quality first" to manufacture products that meet specifications and quality standards, so that customers can be satisfied with the service. In terms of management, a quality-centric management and management system has been established. Since 2018, we successively passed IS0 9001, IATF 16949 and other quality management system certifications. In 2019, we obtained ISO 14001 environmental management system certification.

Under ISO 9001:2015 certification, the Sales Department is responsible for customer complaints, product development/changes, and version control. The Quality Control Department is responsible for quality, precision measurement/calibration in accordance with customer needs, and tracking the improvement of incoming material quality. In addition, there are various departments' document sending and receiving control, internal audit, ERP material number coding, BOM table control, KPI operation, proposal improvement, 6S, education and training, etc., The improvement and efforts in quality management affairs won the majority of customers.
