Auxiliary measuring fixtures are essential tools in the Quality Control (QC) department, specifically designed for the precise inspection of metal stamping parts. These fixtures are routinely utilized with advanced 2.5D and 3D automated measuring systems to ensure the highest accuracy and consistency in measurements. Their primary functions are:

V-Groove Clamp Fixture:
Equipped with a V-groove design, this type is tailored for holding cylindrical or rod-shaped components, such as lathe-manufactured parts. The V-groove enhances stability during clamping, making it an essential tool for handling bar stock and other similar workpieces with accuracy and ease.
Material: Heat-treated SKD11 (HRC 58°~60°) or custom materials upon request
Applicable Thickness: 0.01–4.0 mm (B-MJ-001/2) or 0.05–4.0 mm (B-MJ-003/4)
Surface Finishing: Wire EDM and high-precision grinding for superior accuracy and low surface roughness
