Auxiliary Measuring Fixture Series - B-MJ-001~4
To address the precise measuring needs in the metal stamping industry, we have developed 4 auxiliary measuring fixtures designed to streamline your inspection processes. With these tools, you will be able to lift up the height of the component so to better check small metal part dimensions using 3D measuring instruments, such as Optical Projector or 2.5D & 3D measuring equippment. Our fixture ensures high accuracy and durability, offering a cost-effective and reliable option to your production needs.

Material: Heat-treated SKD11 (HRC 58°~60°) or custom materials upon request
Applicable Thickness: 0.01–4.0 mm (B-MJ-001/2) or 0.05–4.0 mm (B-MJ-003/4)
Surface Finishing: Wire EDM and high-precision grinding for superior accuracy and low surface roughness
Lead Time: If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 days. If not, production and shipment will be completed within 10 working days.
Packaging: Securely packed with foam inserts and plastic outer boxes for maximum protection
