Optimized Workflow for Quality Control in Metal Stamping and CNC Machining

1. Raw Material Preparation
Inspection Process: Incoming materials, including metal sheets, coils, are measured by our Incoming Quality Control (IQC) team.
Decision Point: Non-compliant materials are rejected or returned to maintain production integrity.
Stamping Tooling: Custom tooling setups are prepared for each production run.
CNC Setup: Toolpaths will be withdrawal from database and set up the metal stick material.
Real-Time Oversight: Stamping and machining operations are continuously monitored.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC):
Critical dimensions are checked hourly.
Self-checking ensures additional layer of verification.
Processes Include: Plating, riveting, tapping, pad printing, laser engraving, and welding.
Post-Quality Control (PQC): Ensures tolerances and surface finishes meet standards.
Final Assembly: Components are assembled and packaged per client requirements.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC):
Surface integrity and flatness are inspected.
Detailed documentation ensures traceability.
Feedback Loop: Issues identified during inspections are analyzed to enhance processes.
Training and Audits: Regular updates to ensure all personnel are aligned with the latest standards.
